We are observing intermittent packet loss issues currently at our Ohio datacenter, our team is currently investigating and has alerted the upstream NOC.

Network is stabilizing, we are still awaiting updates from upstream NOC on RFO.

RFO is a misconfiguration on core switching equipment causing a loop. Network is stable and issue resolved per upstream.
